Non-Winners of a Sweepstakes allowed 2 lbs. Non-Winners of a race other than Claiming or Starter allowed 4 lbs. High weights preferred. STARTERS TO BE NAMEDD THROUGH THE ENTRY BOX MONDAY, OCTOBER 27 BY THE CLOSING TIME OF ENTRIES. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner.
